Photo details.

Although it is very difficult to capture the true essence of an Opal in a photo, we do not alter the photos in any way using Photoshop or similar program. We attempt to portray a genuine image of each Opal

Chains.

Unless specified, the chains we use are gold-plate or silver-plate. We find most people already have their own gold or silver chains, and chains in Australia are very expensive. We can certainly organise a Solid Gold or Silver chain upon request.

Payment details.

The easiest method of payment is through Paypal, using your credit card to direct funds transfer. Alternatively you can contact us directly to organise payment with Credit Card or Bank Deposit.

Shipping and insurance.

We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 48 hours of purchase. For purchases under $1000 we use Australia Post, and $1000 and above FedEx, although we give the option of using FedEx on any purchase for an additional cost. Insurance is included in all shipments, and any order over $500 is shipped for free.

Warranty and money-back guarantee.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any purchase, and a 2-year warranty on workmanship.

GST (Goods and Service Tax).

All goods in Australia attract tax of 10%, which is included in the marked price. If an Opal is shipped overseas, the tax is deducted from the purchase price, as shown in the check-out section.

Duty.

Loose (unset) Opals do not attract duty in most countries, regardless of the amount. Jewellery usually attracts duty, with rates varying from country to country. In most cases, purchases under $400 are duty free, and can be between 5-15% thereafter depending on the country.

Certificate of Authenticity.

All purchases come with a Certificate of Authenticity, with a full description of the item, and photo on items over $1000
